My sister and her husband bought a boat this summer and we have already spent a couple of weekends out on the lake with them. We usually go out to Utah lake because it is right by my sister's house, but the water is seriously ice cold. We are nuts to be getting in, but it's just way too much fun to get out and wakeboard!
Seriously this boat is awesome! It seats 15 people, has a heater, and a warm shower. Yes please ;)
The first time we went it was cold!!! And it happened to be right during nap time and Macie was beyond ornery. She finally fell asleep right before we pulled the boat out. So she slept for like 15 minutes and then woke up from all the commotion. Good timing kid :)
The second time we went it was much warmer. Macie is such a water babe.......ok, she only looks like one. She has kind of freaked out any time we've put her in anything other that bath water temperature. But the fact that she will keep her sunglasses on totally makes up for it!
This boat is really awesome and has all the settings and equipment for wake surfing. Dallas has loved figuring out how to do it and actually has it down pretty good. His brother is also really good. I have yet to try it, but hopefully I'll know how in a few weeks or so. Of course every time we go boating I forget my camera to get pictures of us actually in the water. Lame, I know. Don't worry, I'll get some this summer.

What a fun summer time activity (other than be at the ball park of course :) ) What's the secret to keeping the glasses on? I've bought 2 pair for Livvy and I am determined that she will wear them and like it. However I think Liv has more determination to take them off. It's no use battling a 1year old!!
