*Be Mine*

 This Valentine's Day was very low key for us.  Which was totally fine with me.  Dallas came home for lunch and brought me this beautiful rose.  The thing that I loved the most about this rose was that he was carrying it in his mouth!  But just because his arms were full of other things when he walked in the door.  But still!  A long stemmed rose delivered to me from my Valentine's mouth :)

 I didn't really have a fun valentine outfit for Macie to wear, so while she took her morning nap that day, I made her a fun pink valentine tutu.

 She got her first valentine from my mom!

She even gave one to Dallas and Me.  She is the cutest!

 For dinner that night, we really didn't want to go out into the crowds, not to mention spend money that we really don't have, so we stayed home and cooked our meal over the fire.  We got an outdoor fire pit for Christmas last year and this was our first time using it.  We decided to make tin foil dinners and they were oh so yummy!!!  Macie absolutely loved watching the fire!!  I took her outside to see it when it was first lit, but it was really cold and the smoke kept blowing in her eyes.  So I set her up a front row seat!  She loved it!!!

 I think I have the best Valentine!  I am so lucky to be married to such an amazing man who makes my life everything I could have ever hoped for and more!  He is so good to me, and such a good daddy, too.  I don't know how I got such a good catch!  I Love you Dallas!
